Vidya Knowledge Park also organizes various activities for the student development focusing on their personality and skills from time to time. The Student Development Program includes International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Quiz/Debates, PDP Sessions, Mock Interviews, Expert/Guest Lectures, etc. and motivates students to participate in various programmes like Microsoft Go A-Live Challenge, Technical Training Programme to name a few.

Various educational learning trips are also organized to make learning fun and entertaining.

In order to take the Student Development further we have also become a part of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY)  which is a unique initiative by the Government of India that aims to offer 24 lakh Indian youth meaningful, industry relevant, skill based training. Under this scheme a government certification on successful completion of training and assessment is provided which will help them in maximizing their chances of securing a job for a better future.
