MBA & PGDM Students of Vidya School of Business went on a recreational tour to Shimla, Chail and Mashobra (Himachal Pradesh) in December 2022.
Shimla Mall Road, Jakhoo Temple and Christ Church were the main highlights of Shimla. Visit to Chail Palace, Kufri Zoo, Mashobra Waterfall clubbed with Camping were the main attractions covered in the neighboring areas of the queen of hills.

The faculty members of VSB and VISB went for a 'Day-cation’ Team Togetherness Program and the department enjoyed the end of session with delight and zeal at SurajKund Crafts Mela, Faridabad in April 2022. Organising team building programmes leads to more open communication, increased productivity and greater familiarization with the organisational culture.
Vidya School of Business and Vidya International School of Business jointly organized an excursion trip to Pratapgarh Farms, Jhajjar, Haryana for our MBA and PGDM Students in mid-December 2021. The countryside setting of Pratapgarh Farms aim at providing a rural touch. It is a rural gateway to an ethnic village which offers- sumptuous vegetarian cuisine, dance, traditional handicrafts by craftsperson (pottery, mehendi), sports and adventure activities in the middle of lush green fields. It was an incredible day filled with unlimited music, dance, fun, games, activities and food.
MBA & PGDM Students of Vidya School of Business and Vidya International School of Business went on a recreational tour to Mcleodganj and Dharmsala (Himachal Pradesh) in November 2021. Bhagsu Temple Visit, Trek to Bhagsunag Waterfall, Mall Road outing were the main highlights of McLeodganj. Visit to Dharmsala Cricket Stadium, War Memorial, Jwala Devi Temple in Kangra clubbed with Camping at Indrunag were the main attractions covered in Dharmsala.
Our students of MBA/PGDM (Elite Program) participated in a three-day workshop on Group Dynamics and Leadership at Maldevta, Dehradun in April 2021. Several team building activities like Treasure Hunt, Trekking, Blind fold (Square Making), Slithering and Military Exercise were the main highlights of the program. The Group Dynamic and Leadership Workshop helped in creating understanding of groups, realizing the value of coordination, and enhancing leadership traits in our students.
Vidya School of Business and Vidya International School of Business jointly organized a Team Development Program for the faculty members of MBA and PGDM at Bikaner and Jaisalmer in February 2021. Organizing team building programs inculcate a culture of open communication, increased productivity and greater familiarization within an organization. Karni Mata Temple, Junagarh Fort, Tanot Maata Temple, Jaisalmer Fort and Sam Sand Dunes were the main attractions of the plan.
MBA /PGDM Students (Elite Program) of Vidya School of Business and Vidya International School of Business went on an educational and fun tour to Dubai (United Arab Emirates) in last week of February 2021. Camel Rides, Sand-dune bashing, Desert Safari clubbed with BBQ dinner, visit to Jumeirah Beach & Global Village along with an outing to Burj Khalifa were the main highlights of the tour.
Our students of VSB and VISB went for an Industrial cum Learning Visit to Surajkund Crafts Mela, Faridabad on Feb 12, 2020. The Theme Country for this year's Surajkund Crafts Mela is Uzbekistan and the Theme State is Himachal Pradesh.
The faculty members of VSB and VISB went for a 'Work +Vacation' Team Togetherness Program and the department celebrated Christmas Eve with glee and fervour at Mussoorie, Uttarakhand in the last week of December 2019.
Vidya School of Management organized a recreational tour to Manali,Himachal Pradesh in mid- November, 2019 for MBA and PGDM students. The tour was a four day long exposure to the scenic beauty of those hills, conducted with a well-scheduled itinerary. The first destination was Hadimba Temple amid a beautiful Deodar forest where students enjoyed the scenic beauty. The temple is built around a cave where Devi Hadimba performed meditation. On the second day, the group went to Gulaba , which was the highlight of the trip. Trekking up to the hill to sneak peek and experience the snow, was just as amazing as the breath-taking view of those snowy peaks which was visible from almost all points of Manali. The students gained enriching experience and memories to be cherished for lifetime.
On 15th February 2019, the students of VIDYA School of Business visited the 33nd Surajkund International Crafts Mela which was open to visitors from 1st February to 17th February 2019 at Surajkund in Faridabad, Haryana. The Mela was organized by the Surajkund Mela Authority & Haryana Tourism in collaboration with Union Ministries of Tourism, Textiles, Culture and External Affairs. The Theme State for the 33rd Surajkund Mela 2019 was Maharasthra. The visit to the fair helped the students to study the diverse and rich art, craft and textile heritage of the country such as jute, wood, clay work, etc. and mela also showcased international crafts and culture. The students not only got a chance to view the famous handicrafts of different States of India, but, also got an opportunity to interact with the crafts persons from all over India and the various countries. Students got questionnaires filled as part of their assignment which was provided by the faculty members and this way they acquired knowledge of working small and cottage scale industries. It was a fun filled trip with lots of amusement, adventure rides and showcase of traditional heritage. It was a memorable trip for students and the faculty members.
A three days trip was organized to the pink city Jaipur of Rangeelo Rajasthan, an extremely popular tourist destination of India to bring students of VSB close to the roots and to rejuvenate the students by taking a short break from studies. The experience of the forts and palaces was very rich, enchanting and educating. Students and faculties returned from the tour with a lot of happy memories and knowledge with them.
