Vidya School of Business in collaboration with RCI (Ruth Cohn Institute) organized a Leadership Workshop- ‘Lead Now, Learn How’ for our MBA/ PGDM students in September 2021.Trainers from Germany and Dubai up skilled our students regarding Leadership and TCI (Theme Centered Interaction).
A guest lecture was organized by Vidya School of Business in October 2018. The topic of the lecture was Theme Centered Interaction model of leadership which was given by Ulrike B Meyer from Tubingen, Germany. Ulrike B Meyer is associated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has been a consultant from long time.
