On completion of one year, students are given hands-on experience in the application of core concepts and functional skills. This practice of ‘Learning by Doing’ helps the students to relate the theoretical concepts in the world of business. Every student undertakes Summer Training Internship for 8 to 10 weeks as per the specification of the company. At the end of Summer Training Internship under the supervision of the company executive, every student submits a report to the company. The concerned company executive normally provides feedback to the VISB Director on the student performance. The student also makes a project report for the Summer Training Internship, and submits that to the VISB Director. Thereafter, the student’s performance is assessed by a team of Examiners, which is based on the quality of project work and its presentation by the students.
